We are sorry that you can’t be with us to experience the magic of opera. However, we would appreciate it if you introduced a friend or family member or a colleague to us, and let them relish the performance instead!
Alternatively, you may return your unused tickets to Opera Atelier 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance and receive a charitable tax receipt for the value of your tickets. There are no cash refunds.
Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for another performance of the same production free of charge once at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled performance date, subject to availability, from Monday to Friday between 10 A.M. – 5 P.M. All ticket exchanges following the first charge may be subject to $2.50 service charge per ticket. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate your ticket exchange for within the price/section that you purchased; however, seating will be subject to availability.
Ticket exchange requests can be made by calling 416- 703-3767 x22 or via email. Voided tickets must be returned to Opera Atelier office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance via mail or in person in order to obtain new tickets.
Not to worry! We can reprint your tickets free of charge. If you can’t find your ticket on the day/night of the performance we will be glad to reprint them for you and keep them at the courtesy desk for pick up.
*We regret that as with all single ticket sales, there are no refunds, tax receipts or cancellations. Single tickets may be exchanged in person 48 hours in advance of the date on your ticket at the Elgin Theatre Box Office.
