Opera Atelier Versailles Gala - April 6, 2010
The past couple of years at Opera Atelier have been cause for celebration -- three successive new productions and company premieres (The Return of Ulysses, Idomeneo, The Abduction from the Seraglio), two highly regarded revivals (The Coronation of Poppea and Iphigénie en Tauride), the highest subscription and fundraising numbers in the company's history, and ten new principal singers and eight new dancers introduced to our audiences.
We are delighted to continue our journey beyond the heavens with the 2010 Versailles Gala, featuring the stars of our brand new production of Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro. This year's glittering gala will be on Tuesday,
April 6, 2010 at the historic Carlu.
This elegant event will start with a cocktail reception followed by a sumptuous dinner with accompanying wines, and the opportunity to bid on live and silent auction items.
