Elsewhere

Elizabeth trained at the Canadian Ballet Theatre, performing in their Giselle and The Nutcracker, productions at the Winter Garden Theatre. She also studied with the School fo Atelier Ballet and has since been performing with the company. 

Et Cetera

In addition to her work as a professional dancer and instructor, Elizabeth is pursuing a parallel career in psychotherapy, particularly interested in incorporating art-based and somatic approaches to help those suffering from mental health illnesses.
