Handel’s astonishing theatricality turns the story of The Resurrection into an operatic tour-de-force. The Resurrection details the events between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, with the timeless forces of darkness and light operating in the earthly and celestial spheres.
Opera Atelier is proud to release an audio-described version of Handel’s The Resurrection prepared by Superior Description Services. We are delighted to make the audio-described version of Handel’s The Resurrection free of cost to members of the Blind and Partially Sighted communities. In addition, Opera Atelier Co-Artistic Director, Marshall Pynkoski will offer a Pre-Show Chat on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 7pm ET on Zoom to offer insight into the film and answer any questions from the community.
